1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (vape devices, disposable vapes, and related accessories), we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning upon arrival.

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.

⚠️ For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, or unsealed.

2. Return Process

• Description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions on where to send the product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the return policy above.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used vape products

• Disposable vape devices after use

• Items without original packaging

• Clearance or promotional sale items
